CANCELLATION POLICIES

Flexible Rate

Cancellation conditions depend on the policy in effect and available at the time of booking.

Example:

If a flexible rate allows cancellation up to 15 days before check-in, the cancellation must be requested at least 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival time.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed after deducting any applicable administrative or processing fees.

Non-Refundable Rate

This rate represents our best available offer and is therefore non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

Date or name changes are also not permitted under this rate.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept two payment options at the time of booking:

1. Pay Now

Reservation charges are applied as follows:

• 100% of the total at the time of booking

This option is recommended to secure availability for special promotions or discounted rates.

2. Pay at the Hotel

Reservation charges are applied as follows:

• 25% at the time of booking (non-refundable)
• Remaining balance due at check-in

Note: This option may not be available for all dates or booking channels.
